We are looking for a Head of Media Buying for our client operating in the AdTech and Lead Generation space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the media buying department, ensuring performance and ROI targets are met

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies across Facebook, TikTok, and Native platforms (Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Newsbreak)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads and user acquisition

  • Analyze campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and make data-driven optimization decisions

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop, test, and scale winning ad concepts

  • Work with technical teams to troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and funnel-related issues

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging traffic sources

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking

  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across channels and team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media buying (Lead Generation preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead or managerial role

  • Proven experience managing large daily budgets with consistent ROI

  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Native platforms

  • Deep understanding of Lead Generation funnels and conversion optimization

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
